Physical Therapist
Specialty: Pelvic Health
Maya Lespinasse is an experienced Physical Therapist in areas of Pelvic Health, Manual Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Fall Prevention, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic conditions. She is originally from Norton, MA and graduated from MGH Institute of Health Professions with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 and also received her certification in Pelvic Health through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Maya specializes in treating conditions such as Diastasis Recti Separation, Dyspareunia (painful intercourse), Urinary/fecal incontinence, Vaginismus, Prolapse, SIJ dysfunction, and many other Pelvic Health conditions.
Maya also enjoys treating orthopedic conditions, injury prevention, and low back pain. Maya has played soccer since age four through college at Hampton University. She played soccer for club teams such as Nova, Explosion FC, and ODP. Maya also has her black belt in Karate.
Maya’s continuing education includes Pelvic Floor Function, Dysfunction and Treatment, Spinal Manipulation, Shoulder Assessment and Treatment, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue mobilization (IASTM) such as Cupping therapy techniques.
In her free time, Maya enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She also enjoys traveling, crossfit, cooking, and shopping.
Jennifer Gallagher MS, PT
Physical Therapist
Specialty: Chronic Pain / Spine Disorders
Jennifer has been a practicing physical therapist for over 25 years. She graduated from Springfield College in 1995. She has worked in various settings including acute care, skilled rehab, and outpatient. Her main area of interest is chronic pain management, particularly back and neck pain. She uses a varied approach including manual therapy, dry needling, exercise and education in her practice to help patients achieve their goals. She received her Theraputic Pain Specialist Certicifcation frm EIM and her Fellow of Applied Fucntional Science from the Gray Institute.
When she is not in the clinic Jen enjoys walking, hiking and cooking with her husband and three children.

Casey has been practicing as a PT for 15 years. She graduated from Springfield College in 2007 with her Master’s Degree in PT. Since then, she has worked in mostly outpatient settings in both pediatrics and orthopedics with a wide range of diagnoses from cerebral palsy to total joint replacements. Over the past decade, Casey has worked primarily with runners at all levels from amateur to elite. She really enjoys working with high school and college athletes as well and loves helping her patients reach their full potential. Growing up, Casey was a multisport athlete who spent a lot of time in PT, which is when her love for the profession began. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and dog, Chloe.
Dr. Roxanne Maciel PT, DPT

Roxanne Maciel has been practicing physical therapy since August of 2022. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Husson University in Bangor, Maine. Prior to obtaining her doctorate, she was working as a registered nurse in home care for 7 years. Her interest in physical therapy stemmed from her interaction and observation of physical therapists working in the home care and orthopedic settings.
Roxanne’s primary interest is in evaluating and treating orthopedic conditions with a concentration on orthopedic manual therapy. She also enjoys evaluating and treating vestibular disorders with a concentration in BPPV.
Roxanne was born and raised in Fall River, Massachusetts.
During her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, hiking, and cycling. She is also fluent in Portuguese.

Amy has been a physical therapist for over 20 years. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ithaca College before pursuing her DPT from EIM Institute of Health Professionals, where she also obtained a Pelvic Health Specialist Certification. She takes a holistic approach to physical therapy practice that incorporates her training as a certified yoga instructor in addition to manual therapy, exercise, and education. When not in the clinic or on her mat, Amy loves being in her garden and is always happy to get tips from her patients on how to make her thumb a little greener.
Dr. Meghan Simone PT, DPT, OCS

Specialty: Board Certified Orthopedic specialist, Pelvic Health
Meghan is an experienced physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedics and pelvic health therapy. She is a Sacred Heart University graduate with a doctorate of physical therapy degree. As a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, she mentors orthopedic residency students and instructs DPT students clinically. With certifications in dry needling and blood flow restriction therapy, Meghan brings a diverse skill set to her practice.
Originally from Massachusetts, she recently returned after a decade in Chicago. Outside of work, Meghan cherishes time with her husband and 3 children, enjoying outdoor adventures and an active lifestyle.

Rachel obtained her doctorate in physical therapy from Simmons College in 2016. Growing up, Rachel was a competitive gymnast, which sparked her interest in becoming a physical therapist.
Rachel is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist treating a wide variety of neurologic and vestibular conditions. She also has extensive orthopedic experience as well.
Rachel specializes in treating conditions such as BPPV, neuritis, concussions, gait/balance disorders, Parkinson's, and all orthopedic diagnoses.
Dr. Susie Deana PT, DPT
Owner/Physical Therapist
Specialty: Pelvic Health
Susie has practiced in a variety of settings from rehab hospitals, orthopedic and sports clinics, and home health. She has treated a wide range of athletes from young athletes to the geriatric population.
The majority of her career and interests have been in orthopedics, with her focus on treating muscle and joint related injuries from sprains and strains to post-surgical. Her treatment style is based on one-on-one manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education specific to each individual.
Her continuing education includes the McKenzie method, Graston technique, myofascial release, ACL prevention, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, and pelvic floor therapy.
Susie Deana, DPT, is the owner and a practicing physical therapist at Mansfield Physical Therapy & Wellness. She is a graduate of Boston University, where she received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physical Therapy. In 2019, Susie completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy along with her pelvic floor certification through EIM.
As an experienced P.T. of over 20 years, she has extensive training and clinical expertise working with a variety of orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health-related conditions. Susie is a pelvic health-certified specialist treating patients during pregnancy, postpartum, or with incontinence or pelvic pain related dysfunctions.
